SWMS Height Safety Working At Heights Questionnaire

A height safety SWMS should be carried out by a competent person. We have designed a customised height safety SWMS specifically for the safe installation of height safety equipment and roof anchor points risk assessment for working at heights should always be carried out by a qualified expert. The equipment used must be of the highest standard of design and manufacture, correctly installed and inspected. A few important points to remember:

  • All roof anchor points must be engineer designed and installed and inspected by a competent person.
  • It must be possible to attach the lanyard to an anchorage point without putting the user at risk of a fall.
  • A competent person must make certain a person won’t hit the ground or another object if they do fall.
